Courtney is a strategic product designer and design leader with an extensive track record of shipping SaaS products and native mobile apps in healthcare, financial services, education, and e-commerce. A strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, she is comfortable with ambiguity and complexity and is always striving for continuous improvement in both products and processes. Her experience building design practices from zero and engaging as mentor and coach to her peers — within the design function and adjacent to it — consistently delivers results on both emerging and high-performing design/product teams.
When she’s not at work, Courtney is riding bikes, petting dogs, and/or traveling the world. Based in Denver, CO 🏔️
